WORK
For businesses, nonprofits, and organizations looking to navigate conflict, make decisions together, and build easier ways of working.
Because “let's circle back” isn't actually a conflict resolution strategy.
-
Co-create clear, living agreements for how a group wants to communicate, collaborate and make decisions. The goal is not a document that sits in a folder, but a shared reference point that people can actually return to and shift as needs change.
-
Build healthier ways to give feedback, address tension, and repair relationships when things go sideways. Together, we'll develop practical processes that make difficult conversations less intimidating, help people feel heard, and prevent the same unresolved issues from showing up at every team meeting.
-
When everyone has a say but nobody knows who's making the decision, things can get complicated. I'll help your team clarify roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes, creating space for meaningful participation while keeping projects moving. This can also include engaging communities and stakeholders affected by your work.
-
Conflict is inevitable. Having a plan for it isn't. From mediation and facilitated conversations to ongoing advisory support, we'll build the skills, systems, and practices your organization needs to navigate disagreement before it becomes a much bigger problem.
Building meaningful connections across newsrooms working toward a common goal.
At Covering Climate Now, a global journalism collaboration dedicated to improving climate coverage, I serve as Engagement Director, helping connect journalists and newsrooms around a shared mission. Working across organizations means navigating different perspectives, priorities, and ways of doing things while finding common ground.
Through partner engagement, collaborative programs, and opportunities for shared learning, I help create spaces where people can exchange knowledge and work toward a common purpose. It's a reminder that even when everyone believes in the same mission, how we work together matters just as much as what we're working toward.
